Welcome to YOU GOT LAUNDRY? This website is owned and operated by As-tu du lavage? (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before using our website.

Website Usage

Service Policies

  1. At YOU GOT LAUNDRY?, we exercise utmost care in processing entrusted articles. While we use processes we believe are best suited to each item, damages may occur.

  2. We are not responsible for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing, including suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyl’s, polyurethanes, lace, etc.

  3. YOU GOT LAUNDRY? is not liable for missing items. Although we meticulously examine each garment, we do not assume responsibility for any missing personal property.

Cleaning Damage Policy

  1. We are not responsible for garments with inherent manufacturer defects or mislabeling of cleaning procedures.

Lost Item Policy

  1. While every measure is taken to prevent loss, we do not accept claims for missing items.

Wash & Fold Policy

  1. We do not issue reimbursements for lost or damaged items tendered through our wash and fold laundering service.

Subscriptions

  1. Subscriptions may be canceled only after the initial 3-month subscription period. You cannot cancel before a minimum of 3 months. Notice of cancellation can be given at any time, but it will take effect after the third month of your current billing period.

  2. Refunds will not be provided for canceled subscriptions. Any items belonging to us must be returned at the end of the last service or fees will be applied to cover the loss.

Customer Agreement

  1. By purchasing our services, you agree to assume all risks for the loss or damage of your personal property. No claims or reimbursements will be made according to YOU GOT LAUNDRY? policies.

Refund Policy

  1. Customers acknowledge and agree to allow YOU GOT LAUNDRY? drivers to pick up their clothes. Failure to have laundry ready for pickup may result in no refund.

  2. To benefit from the listed rebate prices on our website, customers must adhere to the 3-month minimum term. Cancellation is not allowed before the 90-day term.
