At You got laundry, we are committed to providing the best possible service in a simple and efficient manner. We have implemented an automated payment system for subscriptions to make your life easier and reduce your mental load. We also offer subscription trials and a weight-based laundry service. In the following paragraphs, we will detail the steps for each of these services, providing you with a clear and concise overview
Subscription
Our subscription plans are our most popular service, providing an easy and affordable option compared to other services. To begin with a subscription plan, you first need to go to the pricing page and select the plan that best suits your needs. Choose between a large or medium-sized bag, and then select your pickup frequency. The smallest option is a medium-sized bag per month, and the largest is a large bag per week. You will then have the option to select additional features, such as your preferred detergent, whether you want fabric softener, and if you want a bag for delicate items. (More information can be found at the end of the pricing page.) Next, you will need to select the date and time for your first pickup, noting that you can only select a date that is at least 24 hours after the current date. You will then be directed to a secure payment page to complete your first payment.
During your first pickup, one of our delivery drivers will come to your home to collect your laundry. If you don’t have a personalized bag yet, you can leave your laundry in a regular garbage bag (the large bag fits 5 loads of laundry, 30-40 pounds, or two garbage bags; the medium bag fits 3 loads of laundry, 20-30 pounds, or one garbage bag). If your clothes don’t fit in the bag you ordered, an additional fee may apply if the difference is too significant. Your laundry will then be taken to our laundry facility, washed, dried, and folded with care, and individually packaged in biodegradable bags. The bags will then be placed in your personalized bag and returned to your doorstep within 24 hours.
Do I need to sort my laundry?
Our Wash & Fold service includes sorting your clothes and washing them separately to avoid color bleeding. If you have delicate or specific items, please inform us by emailing or phone 819-431-7273, [email protected], and we’ll give them the extra care they need.
How do I need to prepare my laundry?
When preparing your laundry for Wash & Fold pick up, it’s important to separate delicate items from the regular laundry to ensure they receive proper care. Please make sure to empty all pockets, as items left in pockets may get lost during the washing process.
subscription trials
At the bottom of the Prices page, you’ll find our “Not ready for a subscription yet ?” service. The idea behind this service is that you can try out our laundry service by ordering one of our bags and testing it out at home before committing to a subscription. This is not a subscription and only one payment will be charged to your card. If you’d like a second pickup in the future, you’ll need to repeat the process and request another pickup.
For the first pickup, the instructions are the same as for subscriptions. If you’re interested in our laundry services after trying out the bag, you’ll need to call to sign up for a subscription and select your pickup frequency.

Our laundry and folding service by weight is designed to be extremely simple for people who need a one-time service. For example, if your washing machine breaks down or you have an unusually large load of laundry and need some help. You can find this service on the pricing page under the tab “Laundry service by pounds”. You will then be redirected to a form where you can enter important information for the pickup. No payment is required at this stage. A representative will contact you shortly to arrange a date and time for pickup.
When one of our drivers arrives on the scheduled date, you will need to meet them at the door to weigh and pay for the service. Our rates for this service are $2.50 per pound with a minimum fee of 15 pounds. Your laundry will then be taken to our laundry facility, washed, dried, and folded with care and individually packaged in biodegradable bags. The bags will then be placed in a plastic bag and returned to your door within 24 hours.
