Abonnement
The subscription plans are our most popular service, offering an easy and affordable option compared to other services. To start a subscription, visit the pricing page and select the plan that best suits your needs. Choose between a medium-sized bag or a large bag, and then select your preferred pickup frequency. The smallest option includes one medium-sized bag per month, while the largest option allows for one large bag per week. You can also select additional features, such as your preferred scent booster. (Find more information at the end of the pricing page.)
Next, choose the date and time for your first pickup, keeping in mind that the selected date must be at least 24 hours after the current date. Afterward, you’ll proceed to a secure payment page to complete your first payment.
During your first pickup, one of the delivery drivers will come to your home to collect your laundry. If you don’t have a personalized bag yet, you can leave your laundry in a regular garbage bag. The large bag fits five loads of laundry (30-40 pounds or two garbage bags), while the medium bag fits three loads (20-30 pounds or one garbage bag). If your clothes don’t fit in the bag you ordered, we may apply an additional fee for significant differences. After pickup, we will take your laundry, wash, dry, and fold it with care, and package it in your personalized bag and return them to your doorstep within 24 hours.

You got laundry will sort your clothes and wash them separately to prevent color bleeding. We handle everything ourselves to simplify your laundry experience. If you have specific items, please inform us by emailing or calling 819-431-7273 or [email protected], and we will give them the extra care they need.
Comment dois-je préparer mon lavage ?
When preparing your laundry for our Wash & Fold pickup, make sure you don’t overfill the bag and that you can close it completely. This helps us avoid losing clothes during transport and prevents any extra charges. Also, be sure to empty all pockets, as items left inside may get lost during washing.
Essai d'abonnement
At the bottom of the Prices page, you’ll find the “Not Ready for a Subscription Yet?” service. This service allows you to try out our laundry service Gatineau Ottawa by ordering one of our bags and testing it at home before committing to a subscription. You will only be charged once for this service, as it is not a subscription. If you’d like a second pickup in the future, simply repeat the process and request another pickup.

This service by weight is designed for those who need a simple, one-time solution. Whether your washing machine breaks down or you have an unusually large load, we can help. You can find this service on the pricing page under the tab “Laundry Service Price by Pounds.” This will redirect you to a form to enter important pickup information.
When the driver arrives on the scheduled date, meet them at the door or leave your laundry outside. A card hold for the minimum fee will be place, equivalent to 15 pounds. After weighing your items, we adjust the final payment based on the actual weight. Additional weight over 15 pounds costs $2.75 per pound. We wash, dry, and fold your laundry with care, packaging it individually in plastic bags. Your items will be returned to your door within 24 hours.
