                                  Refund & Missed Pickup Policy<\/strong><\/p>

                                    1. Customers acknowledge and agree to allow YOU GOT LAUNDRY? drivers to pick up their laundry at the scheduled pickup time.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

                                        1. Laundry must be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon location and time. If our driver arrives and the laundry is not available, the customer is unavailable, or the pickup cannot be completed for any reason outside of our control, a Missed Pickup Fee of $41.25 plus applicable taxes may be charged to cover travel time, fuel, and scheduling costs.<\/li>
                                        2. Missed pickup fees are non-refundable.<\/li>
                                        3. For security, liability, and insurance reasons, YOU GOT LAUNDRY? drivers will not enter a customer’s residence when the customer is not present, even if permission has been given in advance. Laundry must be placed in an accessible pickup location outside the residence or handed directly to the driver by the customer. If a pickup cannot be completed because the laundry is located inside the residence and the customer is not present, the pickup will be considered missed and the Missed Pickup Fee may apply.<\/li>
                                        4. If a pickup must be rescheduled, customers should contact us as soon as possible before the scheduled pickup time to avoid any fees.<\/li>
                                        5. To benefit from the discounted subscription prices listed on our website, customers must maintain their subscription for a minimum term of 90 days. Subscription plans may not be cancelled before the end of the 90-day term.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>
